You return the product to us by prepaid courier within seven (7) days of the invoice date in its original unused condition with all accessories and contents in its original packaging. 2. You complete and enclose a Return Advice Form with the product returned together with proof of purchase. 3. You acknowledge that shipping and handling costs are not refundable 4. You must if you have purchased products as a set, return the complete set as we cannot accept returns of separate items. 5. WARRANTY POLICY
We warrant the products we sell to be free from defects or faults for a period of 12 months. We will repair any product free of charge (free gift, shipping and handling fees excepted) within 12 months from the date of purchase provided: 1. You return the product to us by prepaid courier. 2. You accept the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or handling beyond the limit of the stated specifications 3. You accept the warranty is not transferable and no refund can be provided under any circumstances. 4. You complete and enclose a Warranty Return Advice Form with the product returned together with proof of purchase. 5. Subject to availability of parts the repaired product will be returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods. 6. Repairs requested after 12 months of invoice date will incur additional costs for replacement of parts, labour, postage and handling. (postage and handling fees apply).
